Grilled Romaine Wedge Caesar Salad




  • 6 fl-oz. Roman Caesar Dressing

  • 4 oz. chicken breast, grilled, chopped

  • 2 ea. romaine lettuce heart wedges (cut the romaine heart in half lengthwise)

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • Dash of Kosher salt

  • Dash of black pepper, coarse ground

  • ¼ cup croutons

  • 3 tbsp. shredded Asiago cheese, or Parmesan cheese




  1. Using a large mixing bowl, gently toss the romaine lettuce with the olive oil.

  2. Season the romaine with the salt and black pepper.

  3. Lightly chargrill over high heat just to impart a touch of flavor and color.

  4. Place all ingredients neatly on a decorative serving plate with a side of Ken's Table Side Caesar Dressing.
